These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 22uuok platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to the 22uuok website, mobile interface and all related services.

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 means the maximum ৳10,000 bonus applies and the total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each game's designated contribution rate applies toward meeting the wagering requirement. Certain games may not contribute to the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The bonus applies once per account only.
• The bonus is valid for a limited period — it will be cancelled upon expiry.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP benefits are subject to change based on the terms set by 22uuok.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered final once the system has fully confirmed it. A bet that is not completed due to a technical issue or disconnection may be considered void.

6.2 Incorrect Odds or Information

If incorrect odds or information are displayed due to a technical error, 22uuok reserves the right to cancel those bets. In such cases the original stake will be refunded.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

6.4 Cheating and Fraud

Any form of cheating, fraud, bot usage, collusion or attempting to exploit system advantages is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be confiscated.
